At Fleeeto, we aim to offer a seamless and efficient service. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below to understand the available options and procedures.

Order Cancellation:

1.Cancellation Window:

  • For Food, Grocery, Pharmacy Items, and Parcels: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Once this window has passed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations due to the swift processing and delivery times.
  • For Other Items: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

2. Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately through +977-9820995945 or via the app/website. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Confirmation:

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification. 

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
If the cancellation is accepted within the allowed time frame, you will be issued a refund based on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed according to the method chosen at the time of purchase:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund Voucher
  2. Fleeeto Voucher: Refund Voucher
  3. Digital Wallet: Credited to Digital Wallet

5. Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders that are already in the process of being prepared or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may need to return the item following our refund policy.
